Established in 2013, Upstate Eye Care was built on a hug and a prayer between husband, Dr. Frank Boone, Optometrist, and wife, Dr. Kim Boone, Pharmacist.  After a number of years in school and a number more of hard work, Upstate Eye Care was founded in Greenville SC on Roper Mountain Road. They brainstormed, talked about a dream, and a business was born.
